• Users must not share their account information with anyone else.
• Users must not impersonate anyone else on the platform.

• SuGanta International charges a commission fee for each transaction made on the platform.
• Tutors and institutions must ensure that their courses and content are of high quality and provide value to students.
• SuGanta International reserves the right to issue refunds to students in the event of technical issues, low-quality content, or other extenuating circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a state court located in New Delhi, India.
