Star JD offers the following services:

• Studio Rental: State-of-the-art studio facilities for your production needs
• Podcast Services: Complete podcast production and recording services
• Related Services: Additional services as agreed upon in project contracts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy
• Not use the platform for any illegal activities
• Not share your account information with anyone else
• Not impersonate anyone else on the platform
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• All users must treat our team and other users with respect and courtesy
• Users must not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Users must maintain a professional relationship with our team
• Users must not use any language or behavior that is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
• Users must provide accurate project requirements and information
• Users must respect intellectual property rights

• All payments must be made through our secure payment system or as agreed in the project contract
• Service pricing will be provided in project proposals and contracts
• Star JD reserves the right to request deposits or advance payments for projects
• Refund policies will be outlined in individual project contracts
• Star JD reserves the right to issue refunds in cases of service failure, technical issues, or other extenuating circumstances
• All prices are subject to change without notice, but agreed-upon project prices will be honored

• All content created by Star JD remains the property of Star JD until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the project contract
• Star JD retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
• Clients must not use Star JD's work without proper authorization or payment
• Any unauthorized use of our work may result in legal action

• Project timelines will be agreed upon in project contracts
• Star JD will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines
• Delays caused by client-side factors may result in timeline adjustments
• Star JD will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible
• Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees

Star JD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a court located in New Delhi, India.

In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Star JD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through email or website notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
